Go to the User Admin button.

Find the user and click on the edit (paper/pen) icon on the right hand side of the page

Scroll down and there's a blue Reset Password on the bottom right hand side of the page

Click on it and enter a password

Give the password to your Volunteer and ask them to change the password when they log in (the change password button is right under the volunteers name on the upper right corner when they are on the Volunteers Dashboard page.)
