I'm an advocate and I can't login to Optima. I've tried to reset my password but am not receiving the reset password emails.

As you may have noted from the Help Desk Ticket main page, all problems with logging into Optima must go to your local program.

For security reason, we are unable to assist users with these areas from this support portal.

However, before doing anything else please check that you are attempting to log in to the correct URL (web address) for your program.  That URL comes from your program and if you attempt to find it using Google or other means, you will likely end up at the URL for another CASA program.

If you are at the correct URL and you are still having difficulties logging into Optima, your local program may have changed your access ability. Only they can confirm this for you. Optima logins (user names, email addresses and passwords) are managed by your CASA/GAL program staff. If you have been trying to reset your password and have not been receiving the emails, your local program will need to check to see what has been set as your BEST EMAIL. Only they can check this. Also, they need to check to see that they have set up the password reset authorization.

Please contact your local CASA/GAL program or your trainer to get your Optima URL, login ID and/or to have your password reset.
